National Brain Tumor Foundation 
The National Brain Tumor Foundation (NBTF) is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1981 by people whose lives were affected by brain tumor disease. NBTF provides support for patients and their families and raises funds for medical research to treat and cure brain tumors. Their site offers access to support groups, conferences, information about treatments and clinical trials, etc.

American Brain Tumor Association 
The American Brain Tumor Association (ABTA) exists to eliminate brain tumors and to meet the needs of brain tumor patients and their families. Their site includes brain tumor information, treatment explanations, support resources and research updates.
